EXACTLTY what we were talking about on the Book Of Faces... before I went off stating a blog with the first entry a safe one -- living longer thru Short-Fasting.
Looking in and listening to this should help you live longer too, actually feeling great. It's a fellow bloghead's KHJ collection, surveys, airchecks, lots Real Don Steele, the works! I can almost FEEL RJ, noting indiscrepencies and pacing the old Melrose Avenue hallways surrounding the on-air studio.
